An Actress Denies School Bullying Allegations: Agency Claims Accusations Are “Groundless”

On May 26, serious allegations surfaced online accusing a South Korean actress, identified only as A, of being a perpetrator of school bullying during her middle school years. The accusations include physical and verbal abuse, extortion, mockery of students with disabilities, and even repeated theft. The claims have ignited widespread controversy and public scrutiny.
According to posts made by individuals claiming to be former classmates of the actress, A reportedly engaged in consistent bullying behavior, including stealing from classmates and mocking them openly. The accusers described her actions as “deeply unethical” and stated that she often “boasted about her behavior without remorse.”

“Despite never apologizing or showing regret, she continues her career in the entertainment industry, reframing her past as a mere ‘youthful mistake,’” the post read. The accusers emphasized that they are not seeking an apology or compensation, but are instead calling for the permanent suspension of her activities to prevent further harm.
The online community posts also asserted that the testimony came not just from one individual, but from “multiple former classmates” and staff at Jungri Middle School in Daejeon, stating that A’s behavior was “widely known and discussed at the time.”
“It is not out of personal revenge,” the post continued, “but to inform the public and raise awareness. We hope other victims will find the courage to speak up.”

In response, Actress A’s agency issued a firm denial: “The rumors regarding A’s involvement in school bullying are completely groundless.” The company declined to comment further but confirmed it is closely monitoring the situation and preparing to take legal action if necessary.
As of now, the actress has not made a personal statement. Her identity remains undisclosed in the media, in line with defamation and privacy laws. However, speculation is growing on social platforms, with calls for transparency and accountability.
